Webmillers packages that include a domain name registration  are for a 2 year period. 

Webmillers have purchased space on a server to promote both your and their own business and all websites will be backed up fully on P.C. local disk and on rigid removable disk at all times. Naturally all efforts to keep the sites up and running at all times will be carried out with due diligence. The servers that we host our sites on belong to trusted third parties and partners however Webmillers cannot be held responsible for the server supply. In the unlikely event of total and permanent disruption to service sites can be re-hosted on a different server although in this unlikely event a  fee may be charged.

If your site is to be one that depends on a guaranteed service we can host that site on specialist servers at cost.

All material uploaded to your site must be of a decent nature and not misleading to your potential customers. All designs entrusted to Webmillers shall remain the property of Webmillers with the exception of company trade marks and logos.  All logos and trademarks supplied to Webmillers must be with the permission of their owners.

We are prepared to register Domain Names on behalf of clients If so, the client has overall responsibility for the renewal of the Domain Name. The contract for the registration is between our client and the appropriate Naming Authority. 
We are acting as the client’s Agent and Clients are bound by the terms and conditions of the Naming authority.
We cannot guarantee that clients will be able to register any requested Name and that until clients have given specific confirmation of registration the client cannot assume that registration has been effected.
We  give no warranty that the Internet Domain Name requested will not infringe the rights of any third party and that the client indemnifies you in respect of any such infringements.

If Webmillers are requested to register and host a domain name and that domain name is subsequently transferred to another host there will be a £60.00 administration fee applied.

If you require to terminate your contract with Webmillers we will require 12 weeks notice before you are due to be re-invoiced for further terms.

If you require to transfer your domain name during your contract we reserve the right to charge for expenses incurred.
